To achieve the Bordeaux Superieur placard the production process is held to even higher standards than other Bordeaux offerings including a 1% lower yield than the average, and mandatory aging for twelve months prior to release. This wine is thoroughly modern Bordeaux with large volumes of concentrated fruit and an attractive, supple balance throughout. Served best in a Bordeaux glass which is tall with a wide bowl, and is designed to release the aroma of the wine while directing it to the back of the mouth. Pair this wine with roasted pork and lamb, soft ripe cheese and milk chocolates. Best served at 65 Farhenheit.
