Haut Medoc

Our offering from Haut-Medoc is the final stop on the flavor spectrum and represents our heartiest wine. The unmistakable flavors of black currant and cassis, balanced by hints of cedar and spice, derived from 25% blending of merlot, provide an elegance that is hallmark of the magical Medoc terroir. Served best in a Bordeaux glass, which is tall with a wide bowl, this wine is best paired with roasted meats, red meats, rich gourmet cheeses and dark chocolate. It is best served at 65 degrees Fahrenheit. This wine was recognized by the Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago who rewarded the blend with a Gold Medal and 90 point rating.
