Saint-Emilion

Within Saint-Emilion the vines root easily, yet yield little, which accounts for the flavors in the wine. From this exceptional terroir the producers of Saint-Emilion judiciously select their grapes and cultivate them using time-honored, traditional winemaking. Served best in a Bordeaux glass which is tall with a wide bowl, and is designed to release the aroma of the wine while directing it to the back of the mouth. Pair this wine with lamb, light beef dishes, hard gourmet cheeses and medium chocolates. Best served at 65 Fahrenheit.
